Pois é, a temos Valve vs. Vivendi Universal em tribunal!

A história remonta a 2002, em que a Valve colocou a Sierra Online (hoje Sierra Entertainment – pertencente à Vivendi) em tribunal por alegadamente uso indevido de copyright: “Sierra’s activities are outside the scope of Sierra’s limited license…and therefore constitute copyright infringement in violation of the Copyright Act of 1976.”

Existe uma audição marcada par 8 de Outubro, mas julgamento, a existir, só para 21 de Março de 2005…

E o HL2, como fica? O mais certo é que com tudo isto de certeza que a Vivendi ainda não teve tempo para olhar para a release enviada pela Valve….
